BRAND REINFORCEMENT

Jon Cotay, co-founder of internationally-acclaimed fashion retailer Akira, does many things. He started an events arm of his business that provides professionally curated events in major cities across the country. His brand is already strong naturally, as he actually does brand consulting for clients himself. When I got connected with Jon and was asked to come up with visuals to support his logo, my main goal was to run alongside, not to distract. To me, it was obvious that the pieces were already there, and that my role here would be simply to add some allure, subtly, to what was already in place.
